Snacks

        When most people snack, they want something sweet,salty, or just something plain out bad for you. A bag of chips perhaps. Instead of reaching for that salty bag of Tom's Hot Fries, reach for a handful of almonds. Almonds are extremely healthy and portable. They are also a favorite of Dr. Oz. Most of the time when you think you are hungry, you really aren't. Sometimes we mistake things such as thirst for hunger. So instead of putting those bad fats into your body, grab a glass of water, almonds, pretzels without a lot of salt, or even a small spoonful of peanut butter.
